The Investment and Business Development Agency CzechInvest and the Embassy of the Czech Republic in London organised thefree half-day seminar Property Invest Czech with emphasis on brownfield regeneration, which took place on Friday, 9 March 2007, at the Embassy of the Czech Republic in London, located at 26 Kensington Palace Gardens, London W8 4QY.
The seminar was organised for British and international investors, real estate consultants, developers and investment funds in order to provide them with information on the current situation and investment opportunities in the Czech Republic and its real estate market.
The seminar focused more in detail on the regeneration of brownfield sites as one of the important investment opportunities in Prague and throughout the entire Czech Republic. The seminar included a general discussion of the Czech market by representatives of the renowned Prague-based real estate consultancy DTZ followed by a case study from the Red Group development company, which has over thirteen years‘ experience in the Czech Republic.
