AfterCare – support for companies operating in the Czech Republic

Czech and foreign investors’ satisfaction with the business environment is directly reflected in the growth of the Czech economy and increase of its competitiveness through expansion of production with high value added and establishment of technology, R&D and BSS centres. Therefore, CzechInvest’s support does not end with the implementation of investments.

CzechInvest’s AfterCare department covers a broad range of activities. The most frequently used forms of support for investors’ business operations are described below, and of course we strive to adapt our support to the specific needs of individual investors. All of our services are provided free of charge.

We can offer you:

  • Consulting in the area of state aid (investment incentives) and European Union structural funds
  • Consulting connected with investment in science and research activities
  • Selection of suitable locations and properties (including office space) from our database of business properties and brownfields
  • Mediation of contacts and negotiations with local and regional authorities and the state administration
  • Assistance with the building permit process
  • Identification of the optimal suppliers in the given region
  • Development of cooperation between investors and universities, secondary schools and higher vocational schools
  • Organisation of specialised seminars (especially HR Point), working breakfasts with top representatives of the state administration, roundtable discussions and social events
  • Support in recruiting employees, including visa issues
  • Extensive information service
