Vigour Gama significantly expanding its teams of ICT specialists

8 Jul. 2009 | CzechInvest, Vigour Gama | With CzechInvest’s assistance, the company will create hundreds of new jobs.

Support for the expansion of teams of specialists for projects in the area of information and communication technologies is the objective of the purely Czech IT company Vigour Gama. With CzechInvest’s assistance, the company will receive aid for the expansion of teams of experts for its local development centres in the South Moravia, Hradec Králové and Plzeň regions.

“Vigour Gama submitted to CzechInvest a project involving the gradual creation of several hundred new jobs, two-thirds of which are intended for university-educated specialists. This is a tremendous opportunity for talented developers, architects, analysts and project managers who see their future in the IT sector,” says Alexandra Rudyšarová, acting CEO of CzechInvest.

At its centres in Prague, Brno, Hradec Králové and Plzeň Vigour Gama develops information systems for Komerční banka, Česká spořitelna, Česká pojišťovna and many other Czech and foreign entities. Within the project of expanding its software-development centres, the company decided to enhance its team of experts focused on foreign clients.

“The approved aid for creation of new jobs gave us outstanding capacity for further growth and potential to build teams of ICT specialists precisely corresponding to the needs of our clients. Despite the current economic situation, I believe that we will be able to effectively exploit this potential,” states Martin Havelka, CEO of Vigour a.s.
