TPCA to have 3500 employees by the end of 2014

Toyota Peugeot Citroën Automobile Czech (TPCA) intends to increase its recruitment activities, which have so far focused mainly on the Kolín district and Central Bohemia. By the end of the summer, the car producer wants to fill 700 new jobs. Staff recruitment involves various labour jobs. TPCA recruits them as agency employees. Its spokesperson Radek Kňava has confirmed for ČIA that in case of good results, they receive a contract offer directly from TPCA after six months. By the end of the year, the car producer expects to increase the number of its employees to 3,500.
