The 1st Call for proposals of Technology programme was announced on 29 May 2015. Applications are submitted via the IS KP14+ internet application. Applications are received from 1 June 2015 until 31 October 2015.

Who can apply (aid recipients)
|
- The applicant may be entrepreneur – natural or legal person – that fulfils the definition of a micro enterprise as defined in Recommendation 2003/361/EC.

How much can be obtained for each project (form and amount of aid)
|
- The project subsidy shall be provided at the minimum amount of CZK 100 thousand and up to the maximum amount of CZK 225 thousand (according to the "de minimis" rule).
- The maximum aid intensity is 45% of the eligible expenditure.

For what aid can be obtained (supported activities)
|
- Programme supports business plans of emerging micro enterprises with a business history of no more than 3 years and it can be used for the acquisition of new machinery, technological devices and equipment.
- The aid shall support entrepreneurial activities defined by a list of supported entrepreneurial activities according to CZ-NACE as found in Annex 1 to the Call.

Which costs can be supported (eligible costs)
|
- Tangible fixed assets (tangible assets in case of beneficiaries keeping tax records) purchase of machinery, devices, technologies, HW that were not subject of depreciation, including necessary software ensuring their functionality. As fare as purchase of machinery and devices is concerned, the provider will consider the costs eligible only to the level of regular prices in the market (where the technologies are not unique and a comparison of usual prices in the market can be done).
- Intangible fixed assets – the cost of acquisition of patent licenses, SW necessary for proper operation of the machinery and devices purchased as part of the respective project. As fare as purchase of patent licenses and SW necessary for proper operation of the machinery and devices are concerned, the provider will consider the costs eligible only to the level of regular prices in the market (where the technologies are not unique and a comparison of usual prices in the market can be done).
- Low-value tangible and intangible assets (modern ICT technologies, especially touch devices – tablets, software) unless it is recorded by the beneficiary as tangible or intangible fixed assets or tangible or intangible assets, and services associated with commissioning of these technologies, and only in the case that the subject of the project is also tangible fixed assets.
