Saudis want to invest into agrarian trade with CR

3 Oct. 2013 | ČIANEWS | Entrepreneurs from Saudi Arabia want to invest more into mutual trade with the Czech Republic, for example also into food and agriculture companies.

This was stated at a meeting with Agriculture Minister Miroslav Toman by Minister Fahad bin Abdulrahman bin Sulaiman Balghunaim. The value of Czech exports to Saudi Arabia averages roughly CZK 0.25 bln. It increased in 2012 and 2013 thanks to increased sugar exports. Czech agrarian products that fare best on the Saudi market are dairy products, especially cheese, dried milk, sweets and chocolates.
