Prague, Budapest and Wroclaw are attracting workers abroad back to their home countries

A survey conducted by the London-based Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development indicates that a number of British employers are concerned about the movement of workers from other European countries back to their homelands.

Particularly the countries of Central and Eastern Europe look forward to the return of their promising workers. For example, Poland is preparing skilled jobs for thousands of its nationals. According to a local association, up to 30,000 Poles will return to Poland because of Brexit.

A similar situation is expected in the Czech Republic: “Some British companies are considering relocating outside of Britain. If the situation becomes more complicated, individuals will also be looking for a suitable place for relocation,” said Jonathan Appleton, chairman of the Czech Association of Business Service Leaders.
