[14 Mar. 2006 | France] MIPIM (Marché International des Professionnels d'Immobilier) is recognised as the world's largest and most influential property showcase, attracting senior executives from the property sector and related industries.
The Investment and Business Development Agency CzechInvest belongs to traditional MIPIM participants. In 2006 it addressed developer companies not only with particularly interesting information about investment opportunities in the Czech Republic, but also with the financing possibilities and other assistance newly available to development projects. The range of financing, CzechInvest is able to facilitate to support the business infrastructure, has been notably expanded. In addition to state subsidies, it has become possible to exploit sources from the structural funds of the EU since June 2004.
