Have you decided to break into international markets with your products? Do you want to participate in foreign exhibitions and trade fairs? Is your company a small or medium-sized enterprise or do you represent a grouping of small and medium-sized enterprises?

If you have answered yes to the above, you can utilise support from the Marketing Programme, which is focused on development of the activities of Czech exporters on foreign markets and on increasing the exploitation of export opportunities that exist on the global market. Activities supported within the programme include presentation of companies at trade fairs and exhibitions abroad.

Supported activities as well as the terms and conditions of the programme can be found in the text of the programme. Receipt of applications for registration in the Marketing Programme (the 1st call) ran from 1 March to 31 December 2007.

  • subsidy in the amount of CZK 0.1 – 2 million, maximally 50% of eligible costs.
  • limits valid for the 1st call :
  • acquisition of marketing information about the foreign market – subsidy in the maximum amount of up to CZK 100 thousand.
  • creation of promotional materials (e.g. leaflets, brochures, advertisements, invitations in foreign languages) – subsidy in the maximum amount of up to CZK 400 thousand.
  • creation of a foreign-language website including creation of presentations of the company or product, including SW for the site’s functionality – subsidy in the maximum amount of up to CZK 200 thousand.
  • participation of enterprises at exhibitions and trade fairs abroad – subsidy in the maximum amount of up to CZK 300 thousand for an individual exhibition.

Notice: Some of listed activities may not be supported in the 2nd call

What costs can be supported

  • acquisition and creation of marketing information.
  • creation of promotional materials and foreign-language website.
  • rental, set-up and operation of stands at exhibitions and trade fairs abroad.
  • costs for publicity related to implementation of the project.
Specifics and restrictions
  • the applicant must have its seat outside of Prague with the exception of cases in which export activity is connected with production and services implemented outside the Prague region.
  • the period of implementation of the project can be a maximum of one year.
  • supported enterprises will be those whose activities are oriented toward the areas defined in Call 1 in Annex No. 1.
