Johnson & Johnson rozšiřuje své pražské centrum

The American company Johnson & Johnson is planning to expand the scope of services provided by its JNJ Global Business Services international centre in Prague. The centre has grown in the past ten years and currently has a team of 450 specialists from 43 countries. In the coming years, the company expects to add more than 300 employees and move into new facilities. The centre should thus employ approximately 750 people.

JNJ Global Business Services, the shared-services centre of Johnson & Johnson in Prague, supports primarily financial operations in the company’s main fields of activity – medical devices, pharmaceuticals and consumer goods. Due to the planned expansion, the centre is currently seeking talented candidates with good language skills for positions that are suitable for graduates, as well as upper management in the areas of finance, purchasing, customer service and personnel management.

“Johnson & Johnson ranks among our important long-term clients. We have been cooperating with the company since it began its operations in the Czech Republic ten years ago,” says Karel Kučera, CEO of CzechInvest.

The reason for the expansion in the Czech Republic is mainly the abundance of talented candidates in the region, as well as the country’s strategic location in Europe and its positive business environment, and the globally recognised successful ten-year history of our centre,” says David Mansfeld, executive director of JNJ Global Business Services.
