The Czech branch of Johnson Controls plans the prolongation of the operation of a substantial part of its factory in Roudnice nad Labem. According to the company, it will introduce three new programmes in the factory in the first half of 2014 thanks to new orders. This will likely secure at least 400 jobs in the region by 2017. Although the newly won orders will prolong the operation of the factory, Johnson Controls said that it was not possible to avoid the shutdown of the plant in the future.
