[TOKYO] Czech Republic – Japan Business and Investment Forum

The “Czech Republic – Japan Business and Investment Forum 2017” will be held in Tokyo on the occasion of Czech Prime Minister Sobotka's visit to Japan.  During the first half of the forum, Prime Minister Sobotka and representatives from Czech governmental agencies such as JETRO and the Chambers of Commerce will deliver talks on the Czech economy, as well as business opportunities for both Czech and Japanese firms.  In the second half, there will be a panel discussion by guest speakers who have extensive experience and knowledge of Czech governmental policies and the local business environment.  They will discuss topics such as up-and-coming industries, labour, and the potential impact of new developments such as Industry 4.0 and Brexit on the Czech economy.  At the end of the Forum, there will be B2B meetings for both Japanese and Czech companies from a variety of industries.
