Investment Week: HR specialists in the Ústí nad Labem learn how to use modern technologies to find employees

Sixteen HR specialists from local firms came together at a seminar in Ústí nad Labem on Tuesday, 26 May 2015, in connection with Investment Week. The seminar was focused on how to organise a successful and effective assessment centre, as well as on how to find new employees on social networks. Representatives of the personnel agency REED came to speak to the HR specialists in attendance.
“Among other things, the attendees were shown specific, experience-based examples and model situations. LinkedIn was the most discussed social network,” said Markéta Zelenková, acting director of CzechInvest’s regional office in Ústí nad Labem.
Over the past four years, this regular, free seminar organised by CzechInvest has gained significant popularity among HR specialists. Participants especially value the focus on current topics.
