Investment Week: Graduates in the field of teleinformatics can find work at Comdata
23 Jun. 2014 | CzechInvest | Students were able to tour the call-centre facilities during the company’s open house on Wednesday, 18 June.
The Italian-owned company Comdata Czech provides customer-care services by means of contact centres and helpdesks, as well as document processing, claims administration and back office. Comdata has two branches in the Czech Republic, specifically in Chrudim and Ostrava. The open house at the Ostrava branch was attended by 15 students from the Secondary School of Teleinformatics in Ostrava. Following a brief presentation of Comdata’s operations, the students were familiarised with how the local call centre functions and everything needed to ensure that it operates without technical complications, as well as the skills required to serve as an operator.
Comdata is further increasing its staff and offering secondary-school graduates the opportunity to join its team.
