InnoCrystal Science and Technology Park opens on southern outskirts of Prague

The new InnoCrystal Science and Technology Park was opened in the town of Zlatníky-Hodkovice on Thrusday, 29 January 2015. Focusing primarily on the areas of biology, information technologies and electronics, this international centre for development of advanced, commercially viable technologies and services has ambitions to gain renown at the European level and beyond.
The grand-opening ceremony in the complex a short distance from Prague was attended by CzechInvest CEO Karel Kučera. Construction of the park cost CZK 102 million, of which CZK 61 million comprised European funding provided within the Operational Programme Enterprise and Innovation administered by CzechInvest.
The new centre’s facilities are intended for innovative teams and entities from the public and private sectors that are focused on high-tech development. Part of the centre will function as a business incubator enabling start-up companies to collaborate with experienced innovative firms.
