The 1st Call for proposals of ICT and Shared Services programme was announced on 29 May 2015. Applications are submitted in two steps via the IS KP14+ internet application. The Applications stage I are received from 2 June 2015 until 31 August 2015 and the Applications stage II are received from 1 December 2015 until 7 March 2016.

Who can apply (aid recipients)
  • An eligible applicant and beneficiary shall be a business entity that is a legal entity conducting business under Act No 513/1991 Coll., Commercial Code, as amended, until 31 December 2013 or Act No 90/2013, as amended; agricultural entrepreneurs (defined by Act No 252/1997 Coll., on agriculture) with project outcomes not listed in Annex I to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union in the field of ICT.

How much can be obtained for each project (form and amount of aid)

  • The project subsidy shall be provided at the minimum amount of CZK 1 million and up to the maximum amount of CZK 200 million.
  • The maximum intensity of public aid shall be 45 % of the eligible expenditure for a small enterprise, 35 % of the eligible expenditure for a medium-sized enterprise and 25 % of the eligible expenditure for a large enterprise.

For what aid can be obtained (supported activities)

a) Creating new IS/ICT solutions – i.e. creating cutting-edge digital services, applications and firmware, e.g. in the field of communication, entertainment, trading, education, health, access to employment or in the field of culture and creative industries, including the related implementation.

b) Establishing and operating shared service centres.

c) Building and upgrading data centres.

Which costs can be supported (eligible costs)

  • In the case of activities “Creating new IS/ICT solutions” and “Establishing and operating shared service centres” – personnel costs, rent, expert services and hardware, software and other expenses related to the project under the de minimis aid arrangements.
  • In the case of the activity „Building and upgrading data centres“ – acquisition of land, buildings, structures, reconstruction of buildings, hardware, software, other machinery and equipment and expert services.
