Huawei planning to invest CZK 8.5 billion in the Czech Republic

Huawei meeting May 13 - 2017

Together with members of a government delegation, President Miloš Zeman recently met in Beijing with the head of Huawei, Guo Ping, who confirmed his company’s plans to increase its volume of investments and growth rate in the Czech Republic. The meetings were also attended by Karel Kučera, CEO of CzechInvest. Huawei plans to invest CZK 8.5 billion in the Czech Republic and to indirectly support the creation of four thousand jobs here.

Huawei is a leading global provider of ICT solutions and employs 170,000 people around the world.
