Investment Week: HR specialists from the Plzeň region discuss agency employment

A meeting of HR specialists organised by CzechInvest’s regional office in Plzeň in cooperation with the personnel agency Grafton Recruitment was held at Sony DACD in Štěnovice on Thursday, 28 May 2015. The topics of the meeting were agency employment and drafts of an amendment to the Employment Act.

Seventeen workshop participants were informed of planned quotas of agency employees in companies, among other issues. This was followed by a lively discussion of the aforementioned amendment, as the provision would be problematic for many firms. The second part of the meeting took place at a production plant, where the participants could tour the facilities and discuss the everyday operations.
