HIDA conference offers guidance on how to better motivate employees

An international conference titled How to Lead People to Higher Productivity in Equilibrium was held in Ostrava on 11-12 October 2016. Twenty specialists from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Japan, Great Britain, Hungary and Romania shared their experience regarding ways to increase productivity while maintaining a dispassionate view, good health and, especially, the favour of one’s employees. CzechInvest Karel Kučera CEO spoke to more than ninety people about the skilled workforce. 

The conference was complemented with workshops and excursions to the factories of Brose CZ v Kopřivnice, Continental Automotive CR in Frenštát pod Radhoštěm and Varroc Lighting Systems in Nový Jičín.

Held under the auspices of Japanese Ambassador Tetsuo Yamakawa, the conference was organized by HIDA-AOTS in cooperation with CzechInvest, the Moravian-Silesian Automotive Cluster, the Moravian-Silesian Regional Development Association, the Chamber of Commerce, Brose CZ, Continental, Varroc, HM PARTNERS and other partners.
