The European Commission has declared programmes for division of EUR 80bn in the programme Horizon 2020, which is intended to contribute to companies, universities and other subjects for research and development in the realm of new technologies and IT. Within the programme, the EU will, for the first time, support start-up projects. The deadline of the first round of applications for support is April 23 of next year, writes the daily Hospodářské noviny.
