Developers show highest demand for the Czech Republic in five years

The Czech Republic will see a further industrial construction in near future. This was said by Ferdinand Hlobil, the head of the Central European industrial team in Cushman & Wakefield. According to his words, developers show the highest demand in last five years. The company currently talks with all large developers in the Czech Republic and other firms considering their entrance to the country. The vacancy rate in Czech industrial premises reaches 6%, which is below the ideal threshold of 10% of free capacities. According to Mr. Hlobil, the new construction will impact statistics in 12 months at earliest.
