CzechInvest is currently focusing on both domestic and foreign investments in technologically demanding projects, research and development centres, technology centres and so on. Investors in the Czech Republic also value the country’s responsible attitude toward the environment and its highly skilled workforce. In addition, the Czech Republic offers foreign students the opportunity to gain a university or post-graduate education,” says Alexandra Rudyšarová.

The leader of the Indonesian delegation, Agus Hermanto, presented his country and its investment conditions. “When writing the investment act, we were inspired by the Czech Republic. As in the CR, our investment act is just and transparent for all business entities, whether domestic or foreign,” said Hermanto. The delegation valued the helpful approach and establishment of relations with governmental institutions in the Czech Republic. The Indonesian delegation travelled to Prague on a working visit with the aim of establishing contacts in the areas of economics, trade and investment between the two countries.
