Czech participants at BIO Japan in Yokohama:

BIO Japan, the leading event for the Japanese bioindustry, has been playing an important role in facilitating interaction and stimulating new business opportunities between Japanese and global companies for almost two decades. Top business development, licensing and alliance management professionals, R&D personnel, and biotech company executives from around the world gathered in Yokohama for the 19^th BIO Japan last week from 11 to 13 October.

Benefitting from the partnering system, 6 Czech companies (Apigenex, Enantis, Mercachem, PharmInvent and Quinta Analytica) and 2 research institutes (Biocev and Institute of Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry) joined CzechInvest at the Czech Republic's stand. With the financial and organizational support of the Embassy of the Czech Republic to Japan and Jetro, Czech participants presented their latest achievements to show the Czech Republic as a valuable partner in contract research, technology transfer, and R&D cooperation.
