Colliers: Industrial space in country reached 4.29 million m²
6 Sep. 2013 | ČIANEWS | During the first half of 2013, 103,000 square meters of new industrial space (about 17% less than in 2012) were completed, bringing the total offer of space in the country to 4.29 mln square meters.
It results from the Survey of Czech Real Estate market for the first half of the year, made by Colliers International. The largest newly completed facilities include a hall for Škoda Auto in D+D Park Kosmonosy (27,000 square meters) and two production halls for Faurecia in CTPark Mladá Boleslav (21,050 m2) and Panattoni Park West Pilsen (22,490 square meters). In the first half of the year there were 12 lease transactions in excess of 10,000 square meters. The average deal size was slightly over 5,000 square meters.
