Chinese and Hong Kong companies attend investment seminar in Prague

An Investment Seminar was held in at the Intercontinental Hotel in Prague on Monday, 21 November 2016, for Chinese and Hong Kong companies, whose representatives were visiting the Czech Republic in connection with their mission to the countries of Central and Eastern Europe. The purpose of the mission was to establish new business relationships with Czech companies and to gain knowledge of the Czech Republic’s investment and business environment.
The representatives of the companies expressed interest especially in cooperation in the area of infrastructure and renewable sources of energy.
The main organiser of the seminar was the Hong Kong Trade Development Council. The partners of the event also included CzechInvest, together with the Association for Foreign Investment and the Chamber of Commerce of the Czech Republic. Upon completing the Czech part of their programme, the companies’ representatives travelled to Poland and Hungary.
