Alexandra Rudyšarová named interim director of CzechInvest
2 Nov. 2007 | CzechInvest | Minister of Industry and Trade Martin Říman today named Alexandra Rudyšarová as the interim director of CzechInvest. Rudyšarová will thus replace Roman Čermák, who is leaving the agency to run the combined foreign office of CzechInvest, CzechTrade and CEBRE in Brussels.
“I accepted Minister Říman’s offer and I am prepared to continue fulfilling the agency’s priority tasks, including the rapid utilisation of the remaining financial resources from the Operational Programme Industry and Enterprise for the period 2004-2006. At the same time, we will launch all of the grant programmes within the Operational Programme Enterprise and Innovation, from which companies can apply for grants until the end of 2013. Another, equally important goal of the agency is to gain for the Czech Republic sophisticated investments in technologically demanding fields,”says Alexandra Rudyšarová, the newly named interim director of CzechInvest.
Alexandra Rudyšarová joined CzechInvest in April this year as the director of the Investment and Applied Research Division. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague, and speaks fluent English and Russian.
